Sr Graphic Designer/ Photo Retouching

Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly skilled Retoucher and Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced team in Los Angeles, CA.

Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Retouching:

• Edit and color-correct editorial imagery for flawless consistency across all platforms, delivering quick turnarounds while maintaining quality.
• Assist Jr. Retoucher in editing product photography when needed.
• Organize and maintain a structured library of edited images and videos, ensuring files are properly labeled with correct file naming conventions.
• Format and enhance all image content; maintain file size and crop specification guidelines.
• Collaborate with the Art Department team to ensure all assets are organized and available for use in future projects
• Meet deadlines and provide regular updates on the status of ongoing projects.
• Take feedback from creative leads to ensure final imagery aligns with the brand’s vision and quality standards.
• Collaborate directly with upper management to finalize edits and ensure all content aligns with the brand vision.

• Proactively introduce new techniques, software, and emerging trends to keep digital assets fresh, engaging, and competitive in the luxury market.

Graphic Design:

• Design and produce high-impact digital and print assets for the website, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop original graphics, typography, gifs, and layouts for lookbooks, line sheets, ads, and event materials with a luxury aesthetic.

• Design and optimize digital assets for e-commerce platforms, product pages, and promotional campaigns, ensuring high-impact visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
• Maintain consistency and clarity across all website banners, product imagery, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetic.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of expertise in graphic design and photo retouching within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Exceptional retouching skills, with a focus on color correction, lighting, and flawless skin editing with ability to work quickly and under pressure.
• Experience designing fabric prints and patterns, with knowledge of textile production processes preferred.
• Ability to create assets for both digital and print, ensuring high-quality production across all formats.

Physical Requirements: 

• This position requires frequent use of a computer, mouse and keyboard. 
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking 
• Occasional bending, stooping. 
• Occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
