We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our global home goods company, responsible for shaping the strategic direction of a portfolio of key brands. This fully remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while making a significant creative and business impact. You will lead the charge for a range of established and emerging home goods brands, defining their market positioning and driving cutting-edge campaigns.
Overall Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies for a significant brand portfolio. This role requires a highly creative and visionary approach, focusing on market innovation, consumer engagement, and sustainable growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, direct external agencies, and oversee major advertising and promotional initiatives. Day-to-day, this involves high-level strategic planning, budget allocation, performance analysis across multiple brands, mentoring and managing a team of Brand Managers and Marketing Coordinators, and presenting to executive leadership.
What skills are an essential must have? Extensive experience in developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies, proven leadership and team management abilities, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and deep expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels.
