Your Role:

We are hiring experienced, motivated, and hands-on Robotics Automation Engineers specializing in design and implementation of control systems for manufacturing lines. Our engineers play a critical role in driving project success through developing and executing protocols, debugging automated systems, identifying and mitigating risks, operating and troubleshooting equipment, and generating project lifecycle documentation, while ensuring regulatory standards and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation software for robotic manufacturing machines, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure and program automation systems using Fanuc, Allen-Bradly, and ABB robotics.
  • Reprogram and debug automation systems to optimize performance and resolve any operational issues.
  • Oversee the project timeline, ensuring milestones are met and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to align automation processes with overall production objectives.
  • Test automation and control systems to ensure they meet performance and quality standards, and make necessary adjustments to improve functionality.
  • Utilize Siemens software for configuring and managing automation systems.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in robotic automation and control systems engineering.
  • Proficiency in Fanuc, Allen-Bradly, ABB robotics, and Siemens software.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
