JOB OVERVIEW: The Marketing Specialist will play a key role within the Marketing Department by leading all social media and content creation efforts across four distinct brands and four major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok). This role will focus on driving engagement, elevating brand visibility, and boosting ancillary revenue for Sun Hill Properties. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Specialist will also provide cross-functional support to all Marketing Managers, ensuring cohesive messaging and content execution across all brands.

QUALIFICATIONS STANDARDS
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or combination of experience and education
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media and content marketing
Licenses or certificates: Not required
Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. (Specific Standards are Available)
Schedule: The work schedule is based on the demands of the business you must be available days, nights, overnights, weekends, and/or holiday availability are required.
Other: Applicants with additional language skills preferred.
Work Area: Most work tasks are performed indoors. Temperature is moderate and controlled by hotel environmental systems
