ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as, AAA. We are the team responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We’re a team of engineers, designers, researchers and product managers within AAA delivering maximum value to our members and business for a smarter future.
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Personalization & Marketing Automation Specialist with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud tools, particularly Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
This individual will be responsible for driving personalized, data-driven experiences across email, web, and mobile channels by leveraging customer data and behavior insights. Moreover, this person will lead and mentor a small team, further enabling various product line strategies across our digital channels and platforms.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$117,600.00 - $156,400.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
