SUMMARY OF JOB
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to drive consistency, creativity, and execution across social, content, and creator partnerships. This role will focus on social media management and content creation, while also contributing to broader marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by elevating execution and bringing consistency and creativity to our marketing output. This role is primarily focused on Alfred and will also support our sister brands, Café Matcha and Calidad Beer, as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Social Media Management
- Own daily posting, scheduling, and community management across platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, for our suite of brands – Alfred, Café Matcha, and Calidad Beer.
- Own daily external community engagement across all platforms for Alfred, Café Matcha, and Calidad Beer, fostering ongoing conversations and strengthening each brand’s online presence.
- Build and grow our TikTok presence with a strong Gen-Z lens – experimenting with trends, formats, and culturally relevant storytelling.
- Maintain a tight content calendar aligned with launches, partnerships, and cafe openings.
Content Creation & Execution
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce photoshoots for new products, collabs, and evergreen brand storytelling
- Capture supplemental video and photo content using iPhone and handheld cameras to boost frequency and agility.
- Ensure visual consistency that aligns with Alfred’s elevated, playful brand identity.
- Craft engaging, on-brand copy across email, social, web, mobile app, and in-store marketing materials.
Influencer & Creator Partnerships
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce photoshoots for new products, collabs, and evergreen brand storytelling.
- Capture supplemental video and photo content using iPhone and handheld cameras to boost frequency and agility.
- Ensure visual consistency that aligns with Alfred’s elevated, playful brand identity.
- Craft engaging, on-brand copy across email, social, web, mobile app, and in-store marketing materials.
TikTok Shop Strategy & Management
- Manage ongoing relationships with influencers, creators, and tastemakers who align with our aesthetic and values.
- Execute gifting campaigns and seed new product drops, seasonal drinks, and special releases.
- Scout new creators who can authentically connect with Alfred’s community and drive buzz.
- Maintain a strong point of view on taste, ensuring all partnerships feel intentional and brand-aligned.
Reporting & Insights
- Track KPIs across all social platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Provide clear, actionable monthly reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Stay on top of digital trends across coffee, lifestyle, food & beverage, and retail – bringing fresh ideas to the table.
QualificationsWHAT YOU’LL DO
- 1-2+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or content-related roles (internships included).
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, short-form content creation, and current social trends.
- Experienced in creating social-first content – comfortable with shooting on iPhone and photo/video editing.
- Strong creative instincts and a clear point of view on what makes content compelling.
- A sharp eye for language and the ability to craft on-brand copy that feels considered, confident, and culturally relevant.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset. No task is too small; no idea is too big.
- Must own a car and have the ability to travel to Alfred locations across Los Angeles County.
- Availability to support weekend initiatives as needed, including events and social monitoring.

- Wage Range: $55,000-$70,000
