-Work with pet-focused influencers and content creators
-Analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy
-Anticipate team needs and proactively jump in to help
-Maintain organized project documentation and asset libraries
-Passion for pets and understanding of the pet parent mindset
-Self-starter who anticipates problems and solves them independently
-Lightning-fast learner with a 'figure it out' attitude
-Tech-savvy and excited about AI, automation, and new tools
-Relentless attention to detail - speed + accuracy is your superpower
-High emotional intelligence and team-first mentality
-Bachelor's degree required
-Bonus if you've already dabbled with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, or automation platforms.
-Exposure to every corner of pet industry marketing
-Hands-on experience with AI and automation in a real business environment
-Mentorship and rapid career development in a high-performance setting
-The satisfaction of working on products that make pets and their families happier
This role isn't for you if you:
-Need constant hand-holding or step-by-step instructions
-Struggle with shifting priorities
-Resist new technology or dislike AI adoption
-Want a 'chill' or slow-paced work environment
