JOB TITLE: JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Reports to: Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
The Junior Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting with all design projects from concept to delivery. They must maintain an understanding of brand history, vision, and essence while strategically infusing fresh and innovative ideas into company presence graphically, on the website, and across all social media channels.
Duties + Responsibilities
- Assist with layout and design for brochures, spec sheets, look books, installation guides, and other print/digital marketing collateral
- Help execute campaigns, and support updates to marketing materials for product launches
- Design visual/video assets for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest), ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and current trends
- Create graphics for digital marketing, presentations, trade shows, and internal communications
- Prepare production-ready files and export assets for web, print, and sales teams support
- Manage WordPress website inclusive of creating and updating landing and product pages, posting news, and maintaining general site content.

- Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality of work or deadline adherence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong proof reading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a decentralized team environment

Job Requirements
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) required
- Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Canva or comparable tools required
- Knowledge of and experience in social media platform management
- Preferred experience in animation/motion graphics, WordPress, and After Effects
- Design and production portfolio required
