About the Role

The Head of Marketing will own the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy and execution. Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership, this role will evolve demand generation, install marketing operations rigor, and elevate product marketing for enterprise growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who is equally comfortable setting strategy and executing day-to-day.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the full marketing strategy across demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, and operations

  • Run and optimize multi-channel demand generation programs with clear performance metrics

  • Analyze channel performance, scaling successful initiatives and discontinuing ineffective ones

  • Build marketing operations infrastructure, including reporting, attribution, and dashboards

  • Own or support product marketing efforts, including positioning and messaging for technical audiences

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to drive pipeline and support enterprise growth

  • Manage and develop a small, high-impact marketing team

  • Determine optimal use of agencies, contractors, and future hires

  • Establish scalable processes and a culture of experimentation and accountability

Qualifications

  • Senior marketing leadership experience in high-growth SaaS companies

  • Strong expertise in demand generation and performance marketing

  • Experience marketing to engineering-led or technical buyer personas

  • Ability to build marketing operations and analytics foundations

  • Highly analytical, metrics-driven, and comfortable running experiments

  • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments

  • Collaborative leader with strong cross-functional instincts

Additional Information

  • This role reports directly to executive leadership

  • Hybrid and West Coast-based candidates preferred, with flexibility for exceptional talent

  • Occasional travel may be required
