Graphic Designer
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced in-house agency within a leading beauty and personal care company. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and communication of our product lines. This is a highly creative role where you'll have significant input into campaign visuals and brand aesthetics. You'll be working directly on packaging and marketing for well-known beauty and personal care brands.
Overall Summary: The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual designs for various marketing and product needs. You will take ownership of projects from concept to completion, working closely with marketing managers and external vendors. Your day-to-day work will involve designing packaging mock-ups, digital advertisements, social media campaigns, print collateral, website graphics, and event materials. You will ensure all designs are brand-compliant, visually appealing, and effective in conveying the intended message. You will provide guidance to junior designers or interns on specific tasks and projects.
What skills are an essential must have? Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), proven experience in print and digital design, strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
