About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to drive the continued growth of PUBG Mobile in North America. In this role, you will be responsible for sustaining the game’s market relevance, deepening local player engagement, and executing high-impact marketing initiatives. You will serve as a key bridge between regional execution and global HQ, ensuring that our marketing efforts translate into long-term product health and a loyal community.

Responsibilities:

Regional Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns for the North American region. Focus on maximizing the impact of major version updates, IP collaborations, and local seasonal events to maintain steady user activity and enhance brand reputation.

Influencer & Content Ecosystem: Oversee the regional KOL/Influencer strategy. Focus on maintaining long-term partnerships with key creators and developing localized content that resonates with the evolving NA gaming landscape.

Partnerships & Experiential Marketing: Plan and execute diverse offline activations and strategic BD partnerships to expand the game’s reach and strengthen its presence within local gaming circles.

Operational Synergy: Coordinate closely with the China-based operations team to align local community and PR resources. Manage the full project lifecycle—from strategic alignment to localized execution—ensuring a seamless feedback loop between HQ and the NA market.

Who We Look For

Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in gaming marketing within North America. A solid understanding of the Battle Royale/Shooter category and the PUBG Mobile ecosystem is a significant plus.

Balanced Skill Set: A proven ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven strategy. You should be capable of independently crafting and executing comprehensive marketing roadmaps for a mature product.

End-to-End Project Ownership: Strong project management skills with a track record of taking marketing initiatives from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Market Insight: Deep familiarity with North American pop culture and gaming trends. Proficient in leveraging mainstream platforms (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok) to engage different user segments effectively.

Cross-Border Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working across different time zones and cultural contexts.
