About Pivotal Health

Pivotal Health is the leading technology platform that helps healthcare providers get paid fairly in an increasingly complex reimbursement landscape.

Today, many providers face persistent underpayment from health insurance companies, despite delivering high-quality care. While processes like IDR (Independent Dispute Resolution) were designed to promote fairness, they’re often administrative-heavy, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate without the right tools.

Pivotal Health combines software, data, and service into a seamlessly integrated, AI-driven platform that simplifies these complex reimbursement workflows. We help providers efficiently dispute underpaid claims, reduce administrative burden, and recover the reimbursement they’re entitled to; without adding more work to already stretched teams.

Our full-service IDR solution is just the starting point. We’re building solutions that enable providers to operate with clarity, control, and confidence across the reimbursement journey.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how our products are positioned and adopted by clients, prospects, partners, and internal teams. This is a highly cross-functional role at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Client Success, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

You’ll be responsible for translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging and content, and for ensuring our story resonates across provider specialties and partner segments. This role is ideal for someone who loves building the foundation: messaging frameworks, product narratives, case studies, collateral, and launch plans that scale with the business.

What You'll Do

  • Own product messaging and positioning across Pivotal Health’s platform and offerings

  • Develop and maintain product content and collateral, including:

    • One-pagers, sales decks, and battlecards

    • Case studies, testimonials, and client proof points

    • Specialty-specific and partner-specific collateral

  • Partner with Product to stay deeply informed on roadmap, capabilities, and releases

  • Create and manage regular product communications, including product updates and a product newsletter for clients

  • Own product-related web content, including product spotlights and solution pages

  • Enable Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships with clear, consistent product narratives and materials

  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major product initiatives, coordinating across teams to ensure successful launches

  • Bring structure, clarity, and consistency to how we talk about our product externally and internally

Who You Are

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology

  • Experience creating sales enablement and customer-facing collateral at scale (with examples)

  • Startup experience & ability to wear multiple hats

  • Proven experience leading go-to-market efforts for complex products

  • Strong writer and storyteller, ability to simplify technical concepts

  • Eye for design, comfortable editing collateral across Google Slides, InDesign, PowerPoint, Figma and more

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborative, low-ego, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves (sometimes you get to develop strategy, sometimes you edit PPT decks — always important but not always glamorous!)

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Extra Credit Points

  • First or early Product Marketing hire at a startup or lean team; built positioning, enablement, or launch infrastructure from scratch

  • Led a 0→1 or greenfield product launch, owning messaging and cross-functional go-to-market execution

  • Experience in healthcare, fintech, or another regulated / complex industry where clarity and nuance matter

Why You’ll Love Working Here

We’re a collaborative, low-ego team on a mission to make healthcare reimbursement fairer for providers. While we primarily hire around our core hubs–Los Angeles and New York–we remain open to exceptional talent outside those regions. Remote and hybrid flexibility varies by role and team, and is outlined in each job description.

If you’re excited by solving complex problems and making a real-world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits Include:

  • Competitive compensation, including equity

  • Full health, dental, and vision coverage

  • Retirement savings plan through 401(k)

  • Flexible time off

  • Opportunities for company-wide connection and events

Ready to Make an Impact?
We’re building something meaningful; and we want you on the team.

Bring your ideas, curiosity, and drive, and let’s transform healthcare reimbursement together.
