Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support our campaigns and promotional efforts in the Los Angeles area. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working on diverse marketing projects and has a passion for brand development and outreach. You will work closely with our Marketing and Events teams to help execute promotional activities and support strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing promotional events, campaigns, and product launches
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure campaign goals are met
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support promotional strategies
Track performance metrics and prepare campaign reports
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry developments
Engage with clients and partners in a professional and supportive manner
Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed
Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or related areas preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Familiarity with basic marketing principles and event planning
Comfortable working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
