Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing & Promotions Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support development and implementation of traditional marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, outdoor, experiential)
Coordinate logistics for events—venues, vendors, materials, schedules, budgets
Assist on-site with event setup, staffing, guest reception, and teardown
Prepare and distribute physical marketing collateral, promotional items, and press kits
Track inventory for promotional materials and reorders as needed
Maintain detailed timelines, calendars, and reporting on campaign/event performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong organizational skills with multitasking and detail orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable working on-site for events (weekday evenings or weekends)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with print and promo processes a plus
