Digital Media & Design

Administrative functions

  • Marketing material (posters, flyers) distribution and management for branches
  • Branch support (branch inquiries)
  • Creating shipping labels for sending marketing materials
  • Event administrative support
  • Understands compliance approval procedure and supports in requesting compliance approval for Marketing needs
  • Record keeping via electronic filing (shared drive)
  • Work with Compliance to route marketing content for approval for print and online deliverables

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research on market trends, client behavior and competitive landscape, continually seeking new sources of prospective client data and provide recommendations
  • Opportunity analysis, using recent industry trends and best practices.
  • Sourcing of merchandise, including comparison of pricing and quality.

Budget bookkeeping

  • Create/Manage invoices and POs for Marketing-related expenses
  • Create/Manage invoices for sponsorship requests
  • Log all budget-related data & update Marketing Budget Tracker

Promotional items

  • Log branch orders and submit/communicate with vendors
  • Researching new promotional items and submitting recommendations

Media

  • Research news articles related to the bank
  • Create and send ‘In the News’ emails
  • Translate articles/newsletter/customer communications

Social Media

  • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Tiktok) by overviewing post content, content calendar and receiving approval from Compliance
  • Respond to inquiries/comments/DMs from users with compliant responses
  • Research content ideas and strategies to leverage engagement among platforms

Website Content

  • Updating/Editing website content via CMS
  • Updating branch location information when in need via CMS & Yext (i.e. holiday hours, closings)

Comply with the Bank’s security program, including but not limited to: 

  • Be current and knowledgeable on industry’s trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.
  • Report suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.

 

Job Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications preferred and 3-5 years proven experience as a marketing coordinator, banking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to manage projects across multiple departments.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience using data analytics software for research.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns and client response (website and social media).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels, including presentation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, design, and email software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and client relationship management (CRM).
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintains physical and digital filing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusion.
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.

 

The salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $85,000 + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.

Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
