We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting campaign planning, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring project execution runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and events

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project deadlines

  • Monitor and track campaign performance and budgets

  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal and client-facing use

  • Support the development of promotional materials and marketing collateral

  • Assist in market research and trend analysis

  • Maintain marketing schedules and project calendars

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with marketing tools and platforms

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
