Job Description:

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our marketing communications efforts, helping to create and disseminate various marketing materials that promote our brand and products. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and website.
• Draft, proofread, and edit content to ensure clarity and consistency in messaging.
• Manage and update the organization’s social media platforms and contribute to social media strategy development.
• Conduct market research and gather insights to support marketing initiatives and communications.
• Collaborate with team members on brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
