Job Description:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Marketing Assistant to support offline marketing initiatives and promotional events. This role focuses on logistical coordination, campaign preparation, and in-person brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in organizing and executing local promotional events and brand campaigns
Translate printed materials and verbal messaging from English to Spanish and vice versa as needed
Prepare and distribute promotional materials at community events, trade shows, or retail pop-ups
Provide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee interaction
Maintain inventory of branded materials and marketing supplies
Communicate campaign logistics clearly with internal teams and Spanish-speaking partners or customers
Track customer engagement, feedback, and campaign results for reporting purposes
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Excellent verbal communication skills and professional presentation
Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed for events
Able to lift and transport materials (up to 25 lbs)
