About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Software Developer who’s eager to learn, build, and grow. You’ll work on real projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and help us create secure, user-friendly web applications. Kickstart your developer career with us!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Development & Collaboration
    • Develop and maintain web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
    • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
    • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.

General Skills & Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with React and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Basic knowledge of REST APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Understanding of Git and version control workflows.
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals (secure coding practices, input validation, avoiding common vulnerabilities).
  • Experience with Node.js or backend development is a plus.
  • Knowledge of React Hooks, Redux, or state management libraries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) is a plus.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement in learning.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and showcase the ability to take initiative, value collaboration, and become highly adaptable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Be able to quickly learn new applications, softwares, and dashboards as adopted and used within the company. 
  • Must have an active driver’s license and be approved on the company’s insurance. 
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance as needed.

Our Tech Stack & Projects:

  • Frontend: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Backend: Node.js (basic exposure for now)
  • APIs: RESTful services and integrations
  • Tools: Git, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines
  • Projects: Interactive dashboards, internal apps, and secure customer-facing portals
