Job Description

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Agent to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in marketing, providing a supportive environment to develop essential skills and gain hands-on experience in various facets of marketing. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
• Coordinate and participate in promotional events and product launches.
• Manage and update company social media profiles to engage with target audiences.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
