What You'll Do

The Associate Marketing Manager, Softgoods will support the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, cultural relevance, and consumer engagement for the US softgoods business. This role blends brand marketing, athlete/KOL engagement, and product storytelling to bring tennis collections to life across performance, lifestyle, and cultural touchpoints. The position partners closely with merchandising, product, sports marketing, creative, and digital teams to amplify impact across channels.

 

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Help bring Tier 2 and 3 seasonal collections and key franchise products to the US market by supporting end-to-end launch planning, including product messaging, go-to-market timelines, deliverables briefs in coordination with creative, digital, and retail teams.
  • Support apparel product seeding initiatives for activations, creators, and cultural tastemakers to drive visibility and credibility.
  • Assist in the management of KOL and influencer relationships, including identification, briefing, product allocation, and performance tracking in collaboration with social lead.
  • Assist in management of apparel product copy development and implementation, helping manage timely deliveries and alignment across merchandise and marketing.
  • Support footwear product marketing on key initiatives annually.
  • Help track campaign performance, seeding impact, and consumer insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Monitor competitive, cultural, and sport-specific trends within tennis and performance apparel to help identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing project management support across multiple initiatives, including prioritization, workflow coordination, status updates, and problem-solving to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

This position requires a completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, and 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in apparel, sports, fashion, or consumer goods

 

Other qualifications include:

  • Strong interest in tennis culture, performance apparel, and athlete-led storytelling
  • Experience or exposure to influencer/KOL marketing, product seeding, or sports marketing a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and insights

 

What We'll Provide

 

A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $75,000 - $85,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
