Reporting to our Senior Director, Marketing Data Management, you will help lead transformative initiatives across our marketing data ecosystem. This role will drive the implementation of our Marketing Data Lake Foundation, spearhead identity resolution strategies, and operationalize AI and agentic capabilities. You will be enabling data into data lake, powering personalized customer journeys in Adobe, and enabling data for reporting needs and supporting business-as-usual and future-state marketing at Viking. 

This is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis. 

Job Responsibilities:  

Marketing Data Execution & Delivery  

  • Execute the marketing data roadmap in alignment with broader modernization and AI-readiness initiatives.  

  • Translate defined business requirements into actionable data solutions across audience management, identity resolution, consent, and reporting.  

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Analytics, and Technology partners to deliver prioritized milestones on time.  

Business Enablement & Data Readiness  

  • Ability to create data views in Data Bricks for Audience creation, segmentation, & reporting.  

  • Ensure marketing data is available, accurate, and usable for cross channel campaigns, journeys, and reporting in AEP and monitor data pipelines.  

  • Partner with channel and campaign teams to support/enable audience definitions, segmentation logic, eligibility rules, and personalization attributes.  

  • Document and enforce data quality, timeliness, and governance requirements; track and escalate SLA issues with IT and vendors as needed.  

MarTech & Platform Management  

  • Act as day today Business Owner and Power User for platforms including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Data Bricks.  

  • Build and maintain hands-on expertise in AEP, AJO, and Databricks to guide teams through implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.  

  • Support adoption of audience creation and journey orchestration capabilities by developing playbooks, examples, and best practice guidance for marketers.  

Measurement & Insights Enablement  

  • Partners with Advanced Analytics and reporting teams to define & enable KPIs, attribution logic, and measurement frameworks are implemented correctly.  

  • Enable closedloop measurement by ensuring campaign and journey data flows support testing, optimization, and performance insights.  

Governance & Compliance  

  • Implement and maintain marketing data governance standards, including taxonomy, definitions, and consent enforcement.  

  • Ensure marketing data usage aligns with privacy regulations and internal policies; flag and resolve data compliance concerns with appropriate teams.  

Program & Initiative Support  

  • Support execution of the Marketing Data Foundation program by owning assigned workstreams, deliverables, and status reporting.  

  • Coordinate across Marketing, IT, and external partners to resolve dependencies, risks, and blockers.  

Job Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or data-focused roles.  

  • Hands on experience working with MarTech and data platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Data Bricks, CRM and/or CDPs).  

  • Strong ability to translate business and campaign needs to clear data and technical requirements.  

  • Proven experience partnering with analytics, engineering, and marketing execution teams.  

  • Working knowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, consent management, and marketing measurement frameworks.  

  • Organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Salary range $140,000 - $160,000 annually determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
