Chaminade College Preparatory is seeking an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF ENROLLMENT MARKETING to join Chaminade's Marketing team in support of our admissions, enrollment, and marketing programs. The position is full-time and works 12 months per year. The position will report to the Director of Marketing and Communications. The Assistant Director works closely with the Admissions Directors to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the full enrollment journey-from acquisition to enrollment. This role is both strategic and hands-on, balancing content creation, digital strategy, and project coordination to enhance the school's visibility and connection with prospective families.

Minimum Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and/or Communication
  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in education and/or a related field
  • Graphic design experience
