About the Opportunity: We're partnering with an innovative fitness tech company to find a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who will drive the development and deployment of their next-generation personalized workout algorithms. What You'll Do:

• Transform cutting-edge ML research into production-ready systems that directly impact users' fitness journeys
• Design and implement robust ML pipelines, working closely with DevOps and data science teams
• Lead end-to-end ML development, from requirements gathering to production deployment
• Establish best practices for model serving, monitoring, and optimization

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on production ML systems
• Strong foundation as a software engineer who has transitioned into machine learning
• Experience building and maintaining production systems with strong observability practices
• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent)
• Track record of working with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
• Experience across multiple companies/positions is a plus
