Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Analyst will be a key strategic partner to the Vice President of Marketing, playing a critical role in analyzing performance and building programs to support consistent and rapid business growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on digging into data, asking insightful questions, and helping the business understand what it takes to scale effectively.
This role directly supports QuickMD’s mission of delivering compassionate care to more patients by optimizing the reach and impact of our marketing efforts. By analyzing data, implementing measurement frameworks, and refining strategies, you’ll help QuickMD connect with underserved populations and ensure they have access to affordable, life-changing healthcare when they need it most.
Responsibilities:
- Measure the effectiveness and health of all marketing programs and channels, with a strong emphasis on website performance and user experience.
- Develop and manage various landing page experiences, conduct experiments, and apply advanced measurement methodologies across channels.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to optimize website performance and enhance customer experiences.
- Skilled in implementing methodologies like media mix modeling and incrementality testing to uncover actionable insights and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage A/B tests, personalization tests, and incrementality tests to drive optimization.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across product, engineering, analytics, finance, brand, and creative to align marketing insights with business goals.
- Work with agencies to align campaign performance with strategic business objectives, ensuring effective media trafficking and planning.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, with a primary focus on digital campaigns and website performance.
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion rate optimization tools like AB Tasty or Optimizely.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic analytical skills in Python or similar.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics, with a focus on paid, organic, and SEO channels.
- Ability to interpret data, uncover insights, and communicate findings effectively.
- Experience working with agencies and ensuring alignment with business goals.
