Job Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented project manager to lead our immersive marketing initiatives on platforms like Twitch and Roblox. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive tracking systems, manage cross-functional communications, and conduct data-driven analysis. Key responsibilities include coordinating Twitch streams, managing Roblox campaigns, researching gaming trends, and overseeing operational tasks. Responsibilities:
Project Management and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project tracking sheets and roadmap decks for all immersive marketing initiatives.
- Create detailed timelines and milestone charts for each project, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Lead cross-functional meetings, preparing agendas, materials, and context in advance.
- Take meticulous meeting notes, distribute them promptly, and rigorously track action items to completion.
- Implement and manage a robust system for following up on action items, ensuring accountability across all teams.
- Attend Go-to-market and product update meetings, meticulously documenting and communicating timelines, campaigns, and cross-functional workstreams to all stakeholders.
Twitch Streams Management:
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan for each e.l.f.you! Twitch stream, including timelines, asset lists, and delivery schedules. - Coordinate with agency partners, managing all aspects of stream setup, talent participation, and asset handoff using detailed checklists and tracking systems.
- Create and manage a cross-functional communication matrix for social support, PR, Corporate Communications, and paid media strategies.
- Implement a comprehensive talent management system, tracking performance metrics and creating detailed reports for each talent.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, creating benchmarking reports comparing e.l.f.'s performance against other brands on Twitch.
- Develop and maintain a dashboard for stream performance reporting, providing regular updates to upper management.
Roblox Campaign Management:
- Create and manage detailed project plans for each Roblox game update, including build timelines, asset lists, and testing schedules.
- Implement a rigorous asset tracking system to ensure timely handoffs between teams and agency partners.
- Develop and maintain a cross-functional communication plan for each Roblox campaign, ensuring alignment across all teams.
- Design and implement a comprehensive campaign performance tracking system, producing detailed reports for each activation.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis on Roblox, creating benchmarking reports comparing e.l.f.'s performance against other brands.
- Develop and maintain a dashboard for Roblox campaign performance reporting, providing regular updates to upper management.
Research and Data Analysis:
- Manage and track multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and reporting of findings.
- Develop and maintain a database of gaming audience insights, regularly updating with new data and trends.
- Create and manage a competitive intelligence tracker for brands activating in gaming, identifying and documenting best practices.
- Implement a system for researching and evaluating potential gaming talents and organizations for partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new immersive opportunities, backed by data-driven insights and analysis.
Operations and Administration:
- Implement and manage a streamlined process for vendor setup, PO creation, invoicing, and payment tracking.
- Develop and maintain templates for monthly performance reports and board notes, ensuring consistency and accuracy in reporting.
-Create and manage a centralized calendar for all internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
-Implement a system for tracking and managing expense reports and travel arrangements for the Senior Director, Immersive Marketing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing, gaming, or digital media.
- Expert-level proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create and interpret complex data visualizations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project tracking sheets, roadmaps, and performance dashboardsFamiliarity with gaming platforms like Twitch and Roblox is a plus.
