Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. Backed by some of the best investors, sports properties, and operators in the world, we’re integrating with Fanatics’ global digital sports platform (inclusive of 900 sports relationships and more than 80 million fans) to reimagine the collectibles business.

 

About the role:

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a dynamic Creative Lead to spearhead the development of innovative advertising campaigns. This role involves both strategic planning and creative execution, ensuring that our content and campaigns resonate authentically with trading card collectors and fans. The ideal candidate will internalize the creative concepting process, transforming briefs into compelling ideas that lead to the production of content and other creative assets in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creative Concept Development:  Narrative Brand Storytelling.  Generate innovative ideas for short-form commercials that align with brand objectives and appeal to our target audience.​
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform creative strategies and ensure content relevance.​
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product Development) and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.​
  • Content Creation: Craft compelling narratives and copy that effectively communicate our brand message and engage collectors.​
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, using insights to refine future creative strategies.​

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.​
  • Experience: 5+ years in creative roles with a focus on advertising or marketing, preferably within the gaming, collectibles, or entertainment sectors.​
  • Skills:
    • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.​
    • Excellent writing and storytelling skills.​
    • Ability to analyze data and apply insights to creative processes.​
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.​
    • A passion for trading cards, collectibles, sports, and related hobbies is a plus.

 

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $78,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
